The Les Paul Tribute guitar also has a set mahogany neck sporting a modern 2010 asymmetrical profile with the back tapered toward the high strings and thicker toward the bass stirngs. This neck configuration more closely matches the natural curve of your hand making it easier to reach the fretboard. The 22-fret rosewood fretboard has a flatter 14" radius that makes it easier to bend and eliminate "dead" or "choked out" notes—common occurrences on fingerboards with a smaller radius. It's loaded with dual Alnico Tribute humbucker pickups for warm and smooth tone. Controls include individual pickup volume and tone knobs and a 3-way toggle selector.
